We respect your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it secure. It applies to leadharmonics.com and any forms we host.
Information we collect
- Contact details (name, company, role, email, phone, country).
- Business preferences (verticals of interest, monthly volume, CRM/integration details, notes).
- Technical data (IP address, device/browser info, pages visited) for basic site analytics and security.
- Lead program data (only for buyers): configuration and delivery preferences needed to fulfill services.
How we use information
- To respond to requests, send lead specifications, and provide sample questions.
- To set up integrations (e.g., CRM, webhook) you request.
- To improve funnels, quality controls, and delivery reliability.
- To meet legal, compliance, and security obligations (e.g., consent records, audit logs).
Legal bases (EU/UK)
- Contract: to provide requested information or services.
- Legitimate interests: to operate and improve B2B services in ways customers expect.
- Consent: where required (e.g., specific marketing opt-ins).
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser. Our banner lets you consent to essential cookies used here.
Sharing
- Vendors/Processors: hosting, form handling, security, analytics, and delivery tooling—only what’s needed to operate the service.
- Legal/Safety: if required by law or to protect rights and security.
- We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We keep business contact and program data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, and resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS) and least-privilege access to limit who can see data. No method is perfect, but we work to protect your information.
International transfers
If we transfer data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs or equivalent mechanisms).
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your information.
- Object to or restrict processing in certain cases.
- Data portability (where applicable).
- EU/UK: complain to your local authority if you believe your rights were violated.
- California/Canada: applicable rights under CCPA/CPRA and PIPEDA, including access/deletion and non-discrimination. We do not sell/share personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA.
TCPA/consent notes (US/CA programs)
For lead programs in the US/CA, we include clear disclosures and timestamped consent on the capture page and near submit. Records may be retained for compliance and audit.
